These Terms of Service, which also serve as the End User License Agreement ("EULA"), govern your use of the SquadFuel app and services (the "Service"), operated by Riftco ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SquadFuel. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial wellness use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.
You agree not to: break the law; harass, abuse, or harm others; post objectionable, infringing, or misleading content; impersonate others; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or scrape or misuse other users' data.
Your content. You retain ownership of the content you post (text, photos, recipes, comments). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Responsibility. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. There is no tolerance for content or behavior that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
Reporting and blocking. You can report content and block users in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users promptly, including removing content and ejecting users who post it.
If you join a coach's squad, you choose to share your nutrition data with that squad's coaches, who provide general guidance only. You author and remain in control of your own plan and decisions. Coaches do not write your plan for you.
SquadFuel provides general wellness and nutrition information and tools. It does not provide medical, clinical, or professional dietary advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of anything in the Service. If you have a medical condition or take medication, consult your healthcare provider before changing your nutrition.
The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, they will be sold through Apple In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Pricing and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase.
Any giveaways, contests, or promotions are governed by their own official rules and applicable law. Apple is not a sponsor of or involved in any promotion. Participation may be void where prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
This EULA is concluded between you and Riftco only, and not with Apple. Riftco, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content. You acknowledge that:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
